After my phone auto updated to IOS 16.2 , i found the Netflix app was no longer on my device and when i go to the app store and hit the reinstall button it spins for a second then stops and the app will no reinstall?

Odd behavior and maybe time to ask Apple what is going on:

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Yes ive restarted it, still the same
Netflix app missing after IOS update, and cant be re downloaded?
