Emails send from Outlook on Mac not showing up in the send folder of the other devices

Hello,

When I send emails from my Outlook (version 16.69.1) on my Mac, they arent showing up in the sent folder of other devices. Namely, on my iphone 14 Pro, or on my other windows computer running microsoft 365. But the emails are actually sending to the desired recipient, I have confirmed this by sending myself an email. Also when I send emails from my other devices (iphone and windows pc), they show up in the sent folder on my mac, but the same doesn't happen the other way around. Please advise.

It sounds like you're having trouble with sent emails not showing up in the outbox when using Outlook on your Mac. We're happy to assist.

Does the issue happen if you add the account to the native Mail app? Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
