Learning on my own how to use Mail.app. Love learning! I have successfully migrated contacts, reminders, notes, etc. from Outlook for Mac. All I have left is my eMails.
Need to know how to either reinstall or rebuild Mail.app to start anew. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have searched for about 2 hours and have given up. It shouldn't be difficult but...

Finally, found a post forums.macrumors that says just need to restart Mail while holding the Shift key down. I had previously removed all accounts and after restarting I was able to import again. Wow, 2.5 hours to find such an easy fix.

What the user has actually done ( Hold Shift key ) and launch Mail is to Safe Launch the Application
Keep that Shift key and launch any problematic application is often an initial Trouble Shooting method
Need to Reset or Reinstall Mail.app in Ventura
