Apple watch 8 series

My apple watch is still not recording my wrist temp nor ovulation as it should after wearing for 5 nights. Im not sure if the watch doesnt work properly or how to go about getting this issue fixed as it’s the main reason I purchased it

It can take 5 nights as Apple says, but I have read it may take some longer for the baseline to be set up according to the users measurements. So give it a couple more nights and if nothing shows, contact Apple Support for help.
