I have been wearing my Apple Watch ultra now for a few month. The wrist temp only records on random nights. I’ve made sure that my sleep focus is enabled each night as I lay down to sleep. But it will record the sleep and not the wrist temp. It’d recorded for about 1 week in February and a random day in March, but other than that it records no wrist temp. It’s frustrating and I would like the issue resolved.

Yes. Read and did all of that. Still not working. Also some nights it will tell me I’ve had 8 hours in bed, but won’t tell me ant sleep data or temp data. I don’t know if it’s bc the battery is low when I wake up ( but not dead)… or if it’s too loose on my wrist… it’s just infuriating.

For tracking to be accurate, the watch cannot be too loose on your wrist. Perhaps tighten it a bit, but not so tight it's uncomfortable.
