Hello ma'am/sir, my original iphone 11 touch screen randomly becomes unresponsive and it happened 3 times already. So what I am doing is to force restart it by using the volume and side buttons. The most annoying part is when I play a game and it happened so I need to restart it. I just wanna ask if is this a bug on update or it is an issue on the hardware? Thank you.

My screen doesn't fix whenever i remove an accessory or the lightning cable. The only thing that works is I need to force restart it.
