BCC When doing "Reply All" in Apple Mail Doesn't Work -- iOS 16.3

There's a bug that has shown up -- when I send an email from my phone, I have "always BCC myself" on. It works if I originate the email, and it works when I do "reply". If I do "reply all" it doesn't work.

I actually looked at the body of the outgoing email, and when doing "reply all" the bcc field is blank. When doing "reply", the bcc field has my email.

Clearly, the workaround is to not use "reply all" and if I do, open the bcc field and add my address. Clearly this is a bug and a pain in the rear. Apple -- please fix -- this is something new.....

Wondering if "Always Bcc myself" is still set (to Yes or No?) in settings.

I just tested it with an iCloud account and an MS Exchange account, and when I Reply All it still BCC’s me.
