popup to agree to terms and conditions

This popup just started popping up today on my iMac, I've tried everything I can think of - updates, checked the agreement box several times, restarted, I have 3 icloud accounts on my iMac and have done this for each account, the pop up will not go away.

Have you tried from all associated iDevices as well...Iphone etc and see if the alert resides there(?)
