New iCloud Terms and Conditions?

I keep getting the pop up to agree to the "New iCloud Terms and Conditions". I accept, check the box, however, it does not go away. It keeps popping up. Very annoying and I cannot find a fix. How can I get rid of it?

The issue is that the version of iCloud Terms and Conditions is that the are not current so accepting them is insufficient.

Contact Apple support and they can update the "iCloud Terms and Conditions" and they they can be accepted. I had to go past the chat to a phone call to get that resolved.

Stuck in Terms & Conditions:

Boot up in Safe Mode, and then restart your Mac.

  1. Boot: into Safe Mode
  2. Restart: your Mac
  3. Login: Normall

"New iCloud Terms and Conditions?: I attempted this several times. Will not let me sign out. Also tried a clean install of Ventura, same results.
