speaker phone issues

i updated to 16.3 yesterday, and i was on my first phone call since updating and my phone will not stay on speaker. it keep turning off for some reason.

is this a bug?

Yes, this is most likely a bug and should be patched in the next update. In the meantime, you can report this bug to Apple.
