Downgrade Options of iCloud

iCloud - Manage Account Storage - Change Storage Plan (200GB) - Downgrade Options - 5GB FREE - Done.

After “Done” i’m getting back to Change Storage Plan and nothing changed. I deleted everything from iCloud, is almost empty (less then 5GB).

What can be the problem, who know?

The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
