iPhone notifications won't go away

Hello, I have the following APP's issue with iPhone 13 Pro 16.3 software.

Teams - I receive a notification, I read it on Desktop App but the notification will remain forever on my lock screen and will not be dismissed - I have to remove it myself. ( also badges shows 1 )

Outlook - I receive an email, I read it in my browser ( laptop ) but the notification of new email will still remain on my locked screen - I have to remove it myself. ( also badges shows 1 )

Messenger - same as above.

What I tried: uninstall app, restart iphone, install app

Notifications On / Off for each app.

Offload each mentioned app , restart phone, install again.

Low power mode - is always OFF.

Background app refresh is ON for all apps above.

Any help is highly appreciated because at the end of day I have to consume time to delete 100+ notifications ( THAT ARE ACTUALLY READ, but in Browser Laptop)
