Apple Music Genius not working
Apple Music Genius won't update. I've restarted the Mac and turned Genius on and off and I always get the error in the image. How do I fix this? Thanks for the help!

Hi Aldo,
Do you have any third party security or VPN software? If so you might try turning that off temporarily. If that doesn't apply, or hasn't helped, try turning Genius off again, close Music, right-click your Music Library.musiclibrary package and select Show Package Contents, delete the file Genius.itdb inside, and then remove that from the trash. Now try turning Genius on again.

I have just tried a different network and got the same exact result so it's not my router.

Since this is happening on multiple networks, this does sound like something you will want to reach out directly to Apple Support so they can look into this with you further.

I deleted the Genius.itdb, restarted, and had the same result. Ditto with turning off the CleanMyMac realtime malware protector. I am now going to try after shutting off the Mac firewall...
I just tried it with the firewall off and I still got the same result. :(
