Can i access my apple pay without my phone from another iPhone
I lost my iPhone. Can i access my apple wallet somehow from a friends phone if I know my password and names

No, you cannot just simply use another device that is logged in with another Apple ID to access YOUR Apple Wallet.
If you have another device, such as another iPhone, then you can log in with your Apple ID and Password and setup the Wallet app again to use it. I recommend that you do this on your own iPhone and not on someone else’s iPhone.
