Apple account and apple pay cards

Hello, is the apple pay cards attached to the device or to the apple account? Got my phone and apple account stolen. Now I regained access to the account and changed password with restored sim card (old not active anymore).

Q1: apple account logged out on old device does it mean that apple pay cards also erased?

Q2: I changed password of apple account that was stolen before, and got my new sim card and deactivated old one. Can they hack my apple account in that case?

Q3: Although they removed device from icloud findmyiphone. I still have the stolen iphone in the devices list on the main page in settings. What does it mean? Should I remove it?
