how can free install 11 big sur run 10.15 catalina ok 2013 Macbook Pro

its possible instalation 11 big sur in this modle and this mac online video prob buffring still every 8 to 10 seconds i have internet speed every time more then 10 mbps im single user my cell phone and mac connected i dont know what problem after jan 2023 i will make video with my handy from 17 level window of my room this mac stunt with parascuit ,,,, unfortunatly the parascuit not open ,,,bye
