Garbled incoming calls
What causes garbled incoming calls?
I use an iPhone 8. Playing videos listening to music making phone calls is just fine. When I receive a phone call, the voice is very garbled and difficult to understand. It makes no difference whether I’m using earbuds speaker, regular phone or even my Apple Watch. They all sound garbled on incoming calls and perfectly clear when I make calls.
my carrier is AT&T.
by the way, my husband and my son are both using iPhone 8 as well in the same household with the same Wi-Fi, and the same carrier, and they are not having the same issue.
