Calls getting disconnected

Hi, I am using iphone 13 ios 16.0.2 . When ever i am receiving any phone call once i am picking up and take it near my ear the call is getting disconnected with few seconds. If i am putting it in speaker and then turning off the speaker and taking it to near my near it is working fine. Also this issue is happening intermittently. But yes i am getting annoyed with this call probelm. And it is not a carrier issue because i have already checked the sim card using on other device.
