They seemed to have changed the wifi settings in Ventura.
In the earlier previous OS you could change the order of the preferred network from the known wifi networks.
How to do it in Ventura?

System Settings | Wi-Fi. Look under Known Networks. There are circles with 3 dots to the right of each of them. Select each one (By clicking on the circle) and unselect 'Auto Join' for all EXCEPT the one you want to join by default.

This does not answer my question.
Suppose I have 3 networks A, B & C in the same room.
I want my laptop to Join B first and if B is not available then C and if C is not then A automatically.
I do not want to deselect auto-join because I want to my laptop to join all networks automatically but in the order I want them to be joined.
