There is no way to manually prioritize networks in Ventura?

Did Apple really remove the ability to prioritize WiFi networks in Ventura? Do we now have to check the network every time we reboot or need a network specific connection? This makes is frustratingly impossible to control the Mac's Internet connection in a multi-network environment, which is very common.

What am I missing?
