why did my albums delete

If your iCloud Music Library for Apple Music has been reset then no, you cannot get the albums or playlists back. You should retain anything stored locally in your library that wasn't from the Apple Music service, and you purchase history. Unhidden purchases should be visible. Hidden purchases can be unhidden.

Did you allow the subscription to lapse for more than 30 days? Apple don't keep your selection indefinitely. After a while it will revert to your unhidden purchases.
