I have a new Apple iPhone 14ProMax and now can't send texts or photos to non apple users (error message is "not delivered"even though I was previously able to do so on my old iPhone. I have updated ios, checked all settings to include SMS and MMS, restarted phone ...nothing seems to work. is this an Apple issue or a Verizon issue? Any advice?

Known issue with Verizon contact them and ask to speak to a technician they will know what to do.

thank. It was an issue with Verizon. They had to upgrade one of the features on our new iPhones
