On Video you can see that when I drag image from one desktop to another and trying to drop it into telegram app, for one second it appear interface that allows you to drop file into app, but then it disappears.

I use this function everyday because of work, to drag some files from one app to another, and now I don't know what to do because it slows down all my processes
