Error syncing contact with non Apple Watch

Hi

i am Raj using a iPhone from last 10 years I am very much comfortable in that. Recently I bought HUAWEI gt3 pro watch and tried to sync all contacts but only I can sync 10 favorites contacts in health app. But apple given permission to use watsup to show caller iD in watch that I can see when notification comes. When I asked to HUAWEI , said R&D looking this matter.

my query is there any way to sync contact from iPhone to non iPhone watch. My aim is to see the contact name in watch while getting incoming call. In future will apple update in software that will give permission to access contact ???

I searched Google for - How to sync iPhone 7 contacts to HUAWEI gt3 pro watch - and the results showed several YouTube videos and instructional links. I don’t know enough about your watch to judge which links were best, but if you do the same thing, you may find a better answer than you will find here. Good luck.

Thanks carol for the answer but I am sorry to say HUAWEI already confirmed that apple dint get permission for the accessing of contacts. I tried many ways and tricks that available in google YouTube but I failed to get that. Last option is either I have to change to android phone or I have to wait for the apple update that can see contact in non apple watches

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately, when you try to mix and match devices from different companies, there are often problems. Since you are very comfortable with the iPhones, it might be a good idea to return the Huawei (if you anre in the return window) and get an Apple Watch. I switched from Fitbit to Apple and have been very happy with how the Apple products work flawlessly together. I have an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Just a thought …

Thanks carol for me message but I am not comfortable with the design of the iwatch it dint suit for me. I like the design of HUAWEI watche Gt 3 pro unfortunately some of the features still in lock . I hope it will be updated in next iOS updation.
