Apple Watch looks weird
Why does Apple Watch not have a side button but does have a crown? im not sure what this means or if there is anyone who has an answer to this.

I don't understand your question. There is the digital crown on the top right hand side of the watch and just below the crown is an elongated side power button.
Your watch should look like this:
If your watch doesn't have the crown on the top right and the power button below it, you don't have an Apple Watch.
