Wrong Album Artwork when Synching from MacBook M1 Max to iPhone 12 Pro

I just synched my Music Library to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The iPhone is running IOS 16.11. The music library is on a nearly new 16" MacBook Pro M1 Max running Ventura 13.1. The Art work is all correct on the MacBook Pro Library. I manually added much of it because Apples "Add Artwork" feature is about 50% accurate on a good day. I synched selected artists and playlists. The artwork is totally screwed up on about 75% of the Albums - RIDICULOUS, APPLE. Can someone out there tell me how to fix this annoying situation? Thank you.
