Can I disable camera on lock screen without affecting use the camera after unlocking iphone?

I want to disable camera on lock screen as anyone can use it to take photo without a passcode. But it seems the camera will be completely removed from my home screen, which means I could not use the camera after unlocking the iphone either. Is there a solution to the problem? Thanks.

Could a solution be to download a 3rd Party Camera app from the App Store and disable the Camera app under the Screen Time restrictions?

Yes, it can be an alternative for taking pics on my phone while have the Camera disabled. Thanks.
