Voice memos location? Back up on Mac?

I am a musician with 35 GB of voice recordings on my phone (iPhone 11). They span back to 2013. I recently turned on voice memos for iCloud so they are browsable on my computer (Mac Studio 2022 running Monterey) with the same recording names. When I delete one from my phone, it deletes from my computer. However, I would like to find a way to delete them from my iPhone without losing them. I have not had any luck finding the voice memos on the Music app, or locating the files in any one location.

Is there a way to back up these files in a browse-able formate, keeping the names or at least the dates, so that I can delete them to make space on my phone? Where do the files go on Mac?

I am afraid to lose these recordings, and its too much to back up one at a time.
