I have no question but a complaint, and the complaint is about the assistive touch on my iPhone that assistive touch turns on by itself even when i turn it off it keep turning on by itself please fix it ASAP,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We're happy to provide some guidance for this trouble you're having with Assistive Touch. Do you have an AssistiveTouch shortcut enabled? Go to Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut. If AssistiveTouch is checked, uncheck it and test the issue. Also, have you recently paired the iPhone to a Bluetooth device? If so, connecting that device may be causing this. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Devices, and ensure no devices show as paired there. Apple will have to see your phone to fix it, because it doesn’t happen with over 500 million other iPhones. Or you may have a setting that implies assistive touch to be enabled.
