AssistiveTouch won’t turn off

Since the last iOS update, AssistiveTouch keeps turning itself back on after I turn it off

Hi MrPaul1,


Do you by any chance use the Double or Triple tap feature for the back of your iPhone? See Settings > Touch > Back Tap. If it's on, tap on to Back Tap and turn off these features. The test your iPhone and see if Assistive Touch enables itself again. It may be getting tapped and you're not realizing it. See this link for details on Use Back Tap on your iPhone.


If it does enable itself again, you will want to reach out to Apple Support so they can look into this with you. They can be reached by going to Get Support.
