Hello! I have some problem
calls come without sound, the do not disturb mode is turned off, the button on the side of the case is switched to the sound mode.
sometimes calls can come with sound, but more often without - just a call banner appears

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?
Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]
