Hi there NomsaD,

Depending on the app, you may be able to use iCloud to back up the data. The option to back up the app would need to be on prior to deleting the app. To find out how to back up apps, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
  2. Tap Manage Account Storage > Backups.
  3. Select your iPad Pro name.
  4. Look for the app you'd like to back up to iCloud there.

This information is from Manage your iCloud storage.

In order to see if you are able to restore backup data from one app to another, the app developer would be the best equipped to look into your available options. You can use these steps here to reach out to them: How to contact an app developer

Take care!
