Apple Music Apps Content Installer is not taking Apple ID/Password

Logic Pro wants to install your download of instruments and sounds. The Apple Music Content Installer is trying to install Apple Software

Enter your password to allow this...

I enter the correct apple ID and Password and click Install Software and it's not working

This doesn't allow me access any sounds in Logic I can only work around and lay vocals, but no extensions, etc.

I know my Apple ID and password is correct because I just used it to be able to ask this question.... any idea what to do? Because I've paid $200.00 to basically not be able to use this app... It's been doing this for 2 months now

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities shanomenon,

The credentials it's asking for in this step are your Mac account name and password to grant permission for the installation.

Try entering your account or login password.

We hope this helps!
