Where did the feature to apply Daily Cash to the Apple Card balance go?????

Been using the Apple Card for years, and applying Daily Cash towards my balance with ease from the Wallet app on my iPhone. I apply my monthly earned Daily Cash towards my Apple Card balance just before I pay the card balance. Recently, the last couple billing cycles, that easy feature to apply Daily Cash to my Apple Card balance seems to have disappeared. And I have no need for the Apple Cash card, and have been applying my Daily Cash to my card balance without the Apple Cash card for years.

So, where did the feature to apply Daily Cash to the Apple Card balance go?

How do I apply Daily Cash to my card balance now? I want it to be as simple as it was, and without using Apple Cash or the Apple Cash Card.

I learned via chat support today that Apple has ditched the old user-friendly system and now requires you to set up Cash in order to apply your Daily Cash to your Apple Card.

Ridiculously complicated. I've done it, but I've wasted 20 minutes on this silliness. I'm considering getting rid of the whole thing now. I hope they simplify things again.

Call Apple, get at ticket open. I've been talking with Apple for a couple weeks now on this problem. They are seeing more feedback, it appears to be a real problem, not just a change customers don't like.

Using Daily Cash and applying it to the card balance needs to go back to being incredibly simple, the way it was.
