My M708 Ugee Drawing Pad Won't Connect With My Macbook

Hi there! I am having trouble connecting my drawing tablet to my computer! I downloaded multiple softwares in order to figure out how to connect it to my laptop. Whenever I download the software and go to open it, it says "please connect to device" in multiple software apps. I've attached all the cords and such but it still says that I need to connect to device. Not sure what I'm missing.


Answers would help!

Have you had the chance to confirm if your drawing pad supports the macOS version that is installed on your MacBook?

Have you had the chance to try a different set of cables to connect your drawing pad?


In the meantime, let’s check if the issue persists when signed in on a different user account. 

Trying a different user account can also help in isolating the issue.
