Mac Monterey won't connect to XP-Pen tablet

I just got a hand-me-down Mac with Monterey 12.7 for my Birthday. I previously had a XP-Pen artist 12 2nd gen that I would use on my old Windows computer. Then when I got the Mac I attempted to connect it and the only thing it would do is now act like a touchpad. I bought it specifically to have a display, not to be a touchpad. I did a little research and figured out it had something to do with Monterey 12.3 but I don't know if there is a software or a program I can download or if it's something in settings I have to do to fix it.

Ps. Tablet appears in USB in system information but when checking settings it won't pop up and detect display also won't pop up either. Its plugged in correctly but I don't know what to do

Windows computers work differently from Mac computers. The User Manual states, "To ensure the device works properly, please install the driver before using it."

FYI: With a different XP Pen device, the user guide stated that after proper installation of the driver, the device will show up in Display preferences.

All that said, consider contacting XP Pen as dialabrain suggested.
