iPhones not pushing notifications

Wife and I have iPhone 11. Both phones stopped receiving ALL push notifications at the same time. Seems like it happened after 16.2 update. Tried all suggestions from the internet: Allow notifications for the apps are on, Focus is off, scheduled summary is off, show preview is set to 'always', rebooted phone, all apps are updated, turned airplane mode on and off, both cellular and wifi are on, etc. etc. We have never changed any of these settings in the past. We have several apps that we need to receive push notifications or they do us no good. VERY FRUSTRATED! HELP!

In this case, the issue could be related to the network since both iPhones are having this issue. Does this occur when connected to Wi-Fi or when only using the cellular network?

If related to the specific network, make sure it's set up to work with Apple devices: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

Have you set these apps to deliver quietly by chance? You can check with the following: Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad

Manage notifications

To manage your notifications from the Lock Screen or Notification Center:

1. Swipe left over an alert or group of alerts.

2. Tap Options, then select from these options:

- Mute for 1 Hour

- Mute for Today

- View Settings

- Turn Off

You can also tap View Settings to change your alert styles or alert settings for a specific app.

Does this occur with Apple apps, third-party apps, or both? Does this occur over multiple Wi-Fi networks?

You mentioned that Wi-Fi and cellular are enabled, but not if you had tested other networks or not. These answers will continue to help us isolate this behavior further.
