I am running iOS version 17.4.1 on an iPhone 12 Pro. I stopped receiving push notifications and I have them turned on within the settings. I am unsure if they stopped coming in when I updated to this version or if it was sometime before/after. I have tried turning the phone off and on and it does not seem to help. I still receive notifications for text messages though.

Try and turn the notifications off for a few Hours and turn them back on again to see if the issues persist
If they persist please force restart your iPhone
Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button until you see an Apple logo
I see a very similar thing. Text message notifications work, but other types of notifications do not. I use MS Outlook and I will still get notifications for calendar appointments, but not new emails. Push notifications from my two-factor auth app also stopped working. It was a recent change as all this used to work.
I tried both of those methods and I am still not receiving them. Any other suggestions?
