My Apple TV is not pairing with my remote all my Wi-Fi

What type of remote are you referring to? Identify your Apple TV remote - Apple Support

Have you tried restarting just the remote, and/or pairing the remote with the key combinations? If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support

Not sure what your Wi-Fi has to do with your physical remote. The Siri Remote uses bluetooth, not Wi-Fi.
