Apple TV not pairing with remote after update

After a firmware update to latest version my Apple TV will not pair with a remote.

The remote works fine on another Apple TV.

Apple TV 4K

Have you tried to restart just the remote, or tried to pair the remote again, using the procedures as described in:

Note that the remote will work with one Apple TV box at a time. Pairing with a different unit will unpair for the other unit.

Hi,

I've tried that many times but without success.

I've tried a different Remote which works with my other Apple TV but still no luck.

I have reinstalled the OS via I-tunes and the UCB-C connection but still no pairing.

My Apple TV is Model No. A1675

My Remote is Model No. A1513.

It seems you have already done very thorough troubleshooting. A next step would be to contact the Apple Support staff.
