Thanks again for the Report.
Have looked at the report and see nothing Software wise aside from heavily configured machine but nothing that would cause this odd behaviour.
Hardware wise, this machine has had a very long life for a computer ( 8 years ).
I am not Hardware Expert so what follows is only a suggestion
1 - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions.
Depending on their assessment >>
2 - Explore the Apple Trading In option where the Value of the exiting machine could be used against the cost of a new Apple Computer
Or Shop Refurbished Apple computers at an Apple Reduced Cost
Have used both previously and have been satisfied each time.

Description: You Shutdown Your Computer Because of a Problem Error Message
Starting yesterday, I have received this message during computer startup. I receive this message even though I shutdown my computer normally, and my computer turns off without issue. If I click cancel, my computer boots and runs completely normal. I do not receive this message if I boot in safe mode. I have deleted all my diagnostic logs and also reset my NVRAM, all without success. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I am using a MacBook Pro with Monterey 12.6.2
Minor Issues:
Q - Apps with heavy CPU usage - There have been numerous cases of apps with heavy CPU usage.
Q - Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed. These files could be old, incompatible, and cause problems. They should be reviewed.
Q - Vintage hardware - This computer may be considered vintage.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
Q - Battery: Health = Normal - Cycle count = 279
A - Must be a Replacement Battery as 8 year machine with original battery would probably not have 279 Full Battery Cycles
Drives:
Q - disk0 - APPLE SSD SM0128G 121.33 GB (Solid State - TRIM: Yes)
Q - Size: 121.12 GB
Q - Free: 30.17 GB
A - Well within the 15% to 20% of Empty Space usually suggested to be kept at all time to avoid empty space issue.
