Apple TV turns itself on and off

Hi,

I bought my 4th Gen AppleTV wo mounths ago and have it connected to my Samsung TV with Anyconnect+ active. When I use it, the apple tv will constatly put itself to sleep. The control panel on the right of the box comes up with the text "sleep all devices" or something similar. When I click away it comes right back up. When I put the device to sleep it turns itself on. No matter how I turn it off it turns on after a little while, I have to unplug it to turn it off. Any advice?

"Apple TV is ready for you to watch at any time, and automatically goes to sleep after a preset period of inactivity."

If you want to adjust the delay before Apple TV goes to sleep, please check out the details from the "Set the delay before Apple TV automatically goes to sleep" part of the above link:

You can set how long Apple TV waits before automatically going to sleep.

1. Open Settings on Apple TV.

2. Go to General > Sleep After and choose an option.
