Logic X 10.5.1 Flex causes a crash loading an Auto-Save

My logic x project crashed and I've done all the regular stuff to fix faulty saves/logic load-ups. I can tell it crashes when loading the 1 track with Flex enabled. Is there there a way to disable flex on startup? I have so many hours of editing lost. Any ideas would be great!

Ideas I don't know how to troubleshoot:

Is there a way to delete a the whole track without opening the save?

Or is there a way with the import logic projects to use the Autosave and not the original save?

Or where is flex information saved so I can delete it?
