Two of my projects don't fully open

This is happening for 2 out of over 100 projects that I have recorded.

I open the app and only get one of the sections to open, as shown in the attached screenshot. I can't get to all the tracks. I can hit the space bar and play the project, but I can't get to the tracks to continue editing, etc.

On a different app I use: Adobe Premier Pro, I can reset all the workspaces to the saved ones. Is it possible for me to do this on Logic Pro X? I have tried reverting to an earlier saved version, but it doesn't help. I have also tried to 'Reset all preferences except key commands' but doesn't help either.

Has anyone seen this or know how I could fix it?
