screen time broken in IOS 16/Password and settings reset after a few mins

When will apple fix Screen Time bug on iPhone. My child has an iPhone 13 and I have an iPhone 12. Prior to iOS 16, screen time was working on both devices where I can set time limits on apps, set a downtime at a specific time, etc. But ever since we both upgraded to iOS 16 the screen time password resets after a few minutes, settings get all screwed up. I have updated all iPhone and iPads to latest version of iOS and still have this problem. Apple had mentioned that they were making changes and easier to use screen time in iOS 16 but instead they broke pretty much the whole feature, and it is utterly useless. I have been told by Apple Support that they know it is a bug but have yet to fix it. Apple it was working on iOS15 so maybe just put back that old code back and at least have it working until you know for sure it is fixed fully.

Now I’ve been having an issue with screen time on my daughters iPad. She’s literally showed me how she bypasses it. When her screen time is up she selects an app and asks for more time. She repeats for a total of 3 times and this completely switches off screen time. If I go to my phone after she has done this, screen time is no longer active on my phone either. Initially screen time was fine and worked perfectly but she’s somehow managed to find her way around it and I know it works because I made her show me.
