Trouble with using Streaming Services

Hey everyone,

I can’t use any of the streaming apps on my phone. They all give out the problem that streaming is not possible. Switching networks and phone on/off I tried already. Nothing is working. Whether it is Yt, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Viki - nothing at all. I deleted and installed each and every app again as well. It is highly annoying. Can someone help me out?

Most likely reasons:

You are in a country where streaming services are not available
You are not connected to Wi-Fi and you have Cellular Data (Mobile Data) off for those streaming apps
You are using a VPN connection (many streaming apps will not permit use of VPN)

I am not clear where are you streaming to.

Well, none of the above. I am trying to stream on my phone. Mobile data is not turned off for streaming, it’s not even in the mode where quality is reduced.

Besides, I am not using an VPN, yet just a normal WiFi by Telekom Germany.

Which goes back to number 1: it would be new to me, that it is not working in Germany.

i still have the problem… and before this point arises: yes, I pay for my streaming services. And not even YouTube is working!
