Select Streaming Services Not Working On New iPhone
I’ve been having trouble with some streaming services since I got my new phone. I got an iPhone 16 Plus from Spectrum, our internet and service provider. In particular, Netflix and Viki are not working. I have tried:
- Restarting my phone
- Closing and reopening the app
- Checking my settings for software updates
- Checking the App Store for app updates
- Deleting and redownloading the apps
- Hard resetting the apps from settings
Both apps mentioned open and boot up fine on my phone, I can even browse and search. The only issue is they won’t actually play an episode of a show. These platforms work fine on my other devices such as my laptop and TV. Any solutions?
