Mail app in iphone showing garbled mesages

All email when received in mail app of iphone show garbled messages. Only after some time they become readable. I started facing this issue after i upgraded to iOS 16. I am using iphone 12. I have attached a snapshot of a random email.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. This is happening for all emails, it may be a company email OR email from free email accounts like gmail, outlook etc.
