Apple Music family

I have a family plan on Apple Music. I see it in sharing and I see it on their subscription lists But when the kids open their iPad to music it won’t allow them to play anything

They might try signing out of their Apple IDs for music, then sign in again. You can try If you can't find your family's shared content - Apple Support. Otherwise try Official Apple Support.
