Customer beware if Apple

I wanted to share my experience with everyone out there that buys Apple product. I myself have everything Apple, but this experience thought me never buy Apple product.

i took my daughter laptop to fashion island Apple Store for repair. The battery was not charging. I paid for repair. The send it back saying it is all repaired and checked.

we brought it home and next morning the laptop was as not turning on. We took it to the shop again and they said ok let’s send it back again. They told us it be ready by Jan first 2023. It was not ready.

we called and talked to several people claiming to be manger which they Were NOT.

it took me About an hour to get to Manager Name Roy. He just used his customer service words to get rid of me. All I wanted to know was when the laptop be ready.

he said I don’t know, I can’t find out and we can’t remedy the situation at all.

IT IS WHAT IT iS.

my daughter school now started and she has no laptop although it was all Apple failure, they took no responsibility and left us in the dark.

The manager said why don’t you buy a new one!!!!!

Just beware. They lie , and the regular employee at store present themselves as manager which they are not.

i am not sure what kind of show they are running but BEWARE.
